Misleading, this is not the full game just a free-to-play version where you have to pay to unlock extras.

I previously had PSN PS3 Hong Kong account. I suppose I can log on to PS4 and get this game. Can it be done? By the way can you purchase over mobile app using Asia account?
I just tested this you can purchase using the Android app. Just sign in with your Asia account go to psn store.
Although I wonder if you can sign in on PS4 install the game then go back to au account and play it.
