Movie begin at sunset.

Getting there:
-Free return ferry service from Federation Square arrive at 6pm for 6:30pm departure at Federation Wharf (near Pilgrim Bar) - first in best dressed
-Catch Free City Circle tram, tram 70 or 75 via Flinders St to Harbour Esplanade - Stop D6 or tram 11 or 48 via Collins St to Docklands Park - Stop D4 (approx 15 min walk to Point Park)

Pack a picnic and a rug, tuck into delicious fare from food vendors, or dine at one of the restaurants by the river, located at Yarra's Edge or South Wharf prior to the movie

Entertainment is complimentary, however gold coin donations collected at the Mirvac Summer Festival will go towards supporting charity partners Save-a-Dog and Smith Family Appeal

      I do not believe a registration online is required to enter on the day. The registration online is to receive the event guide and to receive updates on events.

  • I presume it must be dog friendly since it's in a park and partly supports Save a Dog. I wish it had more information, especially about the Ferry. Not sure if taking the dog on the Ferry would be possible, might have to Uber it.

    • When I click on the Directions to the cruises, it points me to "City River Cruises". So perhaps you can give City River Cruises a call to double check if dogs are possible on the ferry.

      • I called them, they are not the ones running the Ferry

        • I just called Mirvac and it's a No for dogs on the Ferry (but they did ask, but couldn't be done).
