not the cheapest it's ever been, but still a good deal. Duplicolor don't have as many colours as Plastidip, but definitely a lot more than Armor All's old Custom Shield range.

you could get away with just using 4 cans, but to be safe, get 5 cans.
remember, you need to do 5-6 thin but even layers

oh, and before you do spray your wheels, make sure to clean your tyres and apply some tyre gel beforehand, being very careful to keep it off the wheel surface. the tyre gel makes peeling off overspray on your tyres much easier :)

should be the same. only real difference is the nozzle. duplicolor has a skinny nozzle which you'll find can be a pain if you're doing a lot of spraying. buying a can gun (supercheap sell a version of this: http://www.supercheapauto.com.au/Product/Paint-Applicators/3…) will put less strain on your hands/fingers

if it's black or another darkish colour, you should be fine just adding another 2 coats on top.
