Once got 9 weeks of physio with Swan taxi to and from Shent Park Hospital. That was a bargain. What exactly is 10% off Standard Fares?

Yeah, this is definitely going to result in angry customers. It would be better to just not do it at all if they can't apply it to all drivers.
So 10% off but only if you ask the driver and that driver can speak english and agrees to discount by 10%.
I know how this will play out, everyone will assume 10% discount, get into a taxi, they won't speak english or will claim they don't and will whisper into their iphone cable the whole ride and the passenger won't bother pushing it because the meter is still running when they pull up "near" your destination.
What a rip off with additional charges for busy periods something the taxi industry attacked uber over….
