Just a heads up, a bunch of games are running worse on the Ps4 Pro, than the vanilla Ps4 and the Slim.
The system has been known to also have major overheating issues with certain systems, causing failures and
games not to work and basically crashing systems… Similar to the Xbox Red Ring of Death issues with early 360 consoles

You're honestly better off getting an original PS4, Slim, or an Xbox One S or Scorpio (well maybe we dont know yet)
Ending up with a faulty system can be a pain, we all remember the red ring issues and the yellow light ps3 issues.
I should also note certain PS4 pros seem to have trouble working with certain 4k TVs so please do your research before buying.

To be honest my original ps4 had the same issue because I had put my ps4 in a very closed space and everytime when I turned it off it used to beep 3 times and restart automatically. Now I have moved it to open space and attached the Nyko Cooling Fans to it and it is working quite and perfect no more 3 beeps or auto restarting with or without cooling fans no more (Jet taking off noise from the ps4). As I have seen in this video most people has set their ps4 in a very closed space and others who are running it in an open space are just unlucky because every 1 in 100 unit could turn up faulty.
Never had an issue with my PS4 in a reasonably small space. Weird.

the only one i got to work was THANKS20 but that code was targeted only to certain accounts. to use it add the item to cart, go to you cart and enter the code.

At current stage there is no point to go for PS4 pro unless you want to play PS VR games.

I've contacted JB and Target. Both won't price match. According to the nice bloke from JB it was handed down from headquarter that they are not allowed to price match. The 2 Targets that I contacted had terrible attitudes.

Has anyone who ordered online received dispatch email. I just checked as I got an initial email but it stated I would get another when the item was dispatched. When I just checked my account online the order has a status of "Error" by next to the line time it states "Processing".
I notice it is now showing as out of stock.
I order within 30 mins of the deal going live so I will be mighty annoyed if it had an error and has since sold out.

I can confirm that you can return the games for a refund. I was surprised to get $79 for Dishonored 2, $62.50 for Fallout 4 and $48 for Skyrim when I returned them to the Brisbane city store. Looks like they made an error with Dishonored 2 because this is listed as the 'Special Price' on the receipt, not the lower 'Promotional Price' which contributes to part of the final total of $559 on the receipt.
I ordered just when the deal went online and paid $549 (even though the receipt says $559) but I now have a PS4 Pro for $361!
Even without the Dishonored mistake it would have been $382.56 for the standalone console, or $392.56 for those who ordered after the price on the website had been corrected…I don't think that we will see the PS4 Pro at this price again for a long time.

What was actually listed as the price for the games though on your receipt? Mine are listed as 0.01 but the original price of the game is listed to the left of that 1c price. Want to see if i can return 1 of the games but dont want to go all the way back for them to give me 1cent lol.

Yep, bought through the website and the receipt in the box was itemised with the regular prices and promotional prices. The games also had special prices which were discounted from the regular prices but more than the special.
They didn't bat an eyelid at the refund so if your receipt is the same it should work out. Good luck!

Confirmed the games can be returned in store. No error with Dishonored 2 for me so $392.56 for the console.
Same for me, I just successfully returned the games in store then. My original purchase was in-store (a different store) early today.
Great to see that more people are able to return games. I don't think that this is getting much publicity on Ozbargain though, do you think it warrants a new deal to be posted? A PS4 Pro for $392.56 is an amazing price, especially compared to recent best prices for the 500gb slim…about $94 is almost worth the upgrade in HDD alone.

So BigW is offline now. Ordered 2 days ago but there was an error during payment when I used multiple egift cards. It took $500 off one but nothing off another gift card. Called up and it's been passed onto another team who were meant to get back to me within 48 hours. My order is apparently also showing that no payment has been received at all.
I've never bought online with BigW before… is this sort of stuffing around typical?
This is what I am going thru… and after waiting the 2 days nobody got back to me so I had to call up again this morning and have now been "prioritised" apparently with the investigation team even though they can see that my wish card and my paypal have been made it is still in error. I have been waiting since last Wed night. I certainly won't be ordered thru big W online again that is for sure. I was told it is an issue with multiple payments, or part payments so I guess those that just paid the whole amount were OK.
Finally got my order past the "error" stage. Took 3 phone calls. No correspondence from BigW at all, even though they said they would twice. Awful customer service from BigW. My experiences with Target have been far superior and I will be avoiding BigW online from now on… the only saving grace will be if I can return 2 of the games which by the time my console arrives BigW will have probably cut that option off as well! If you haven't already Naed I would ring them up again.
Thanks. I pestered them via facebook and they cancelled the order for me and sent out a new egift card. I doubt anything would have happened otherwise. I purchased again with egift cards with fingers crossed and it all worked. Now I'm waiting for my order to go from Processing to Shipped, though I'm hoping it'll just arrive today with no shipping notice.
I've ordered one with Big W but have spoken with JB who have said that while Big W have this promo running they will price match. Initially when the price was 549 head office had told them they were unable to price match but now it is selling at 559 they can match.

How does the bundle break down on your receipt?
If it has the console for $392.56 and the games for the balance then you shouldn't have had an issue.
If your receipt shows the games as 1 cent as someone else mentioned I don't think it will work, but if not try another store and let us know if it works.

With the bigw bundle I had no luck in returning games as they were part of a bundle (games listed as normal price)… but they were happy to exchange them for different ones when I said I already had them, so I exchanged fallout 4 and Dishonoured 2 and got Overwatch and Resident Evil 7. Happy Camper …. Could rebuy fallout 4 and dishonoured games from eb I guess and save heaps.
I just picked this up instore at Merrylands, NSW.
They had no display for this offer so I asked at checkout, he got all the items and they scanned at the $559 price so he was happy to sell it me.
My receipt lists each item with a slight discount so I may try a different store to return the games.
I returned the games to the Auburn store with no issue.

Can any one please list the shops in Melbourne that are happy to take returns for the games or exchange them to other games of you choice. I can see that Broadmeadows and Auburn are the good stores so far. Can I not get the bundle from them and return the games back to them straight away ?
OK tried my luck in BroadMeadows shop, the ahole of a manager did not let me refund the games or exchange the games. Any other shop in Melbourne allowing me to refund the games or exchange the games to games of my choice ?

What does your receipt say Babe? If the receipt says 1 cents against the games the chances of you refunding/exchanging are next to none.
I successfully managed to return the games back to the same Big W store from which I bought the bundle from. (waited 2 days first).
I was very surprised to receive back $79 for Dishonoured 2, $69 for Skyrim & $62.50 for Fallout 4 which totalled to a unexpected $210.50!
So the PS4 Pro console came out to be $348.50! which is a totally unbeatable price within Australia. I can't see them being that price for a very long time.
Albeit as mentioned by pepto I got back more than I should have as all the games should only total to $166.44 making the PS4 pro $392.56 still a very good deal.
It breaks down on the receipt as 3 prices listed for the games. e.g Dishonoured 2 Reg $89 - Special $79 - Promotional $55.48 easy to give back a higher amount.
I will mention that I tried returning the games to another Big W first but the girl phoned the manager which resulted in being denied a refund even though the 3 games in front of her were unused unopened with the Big W seals intact and in perfect resalable condition with a proof of purchase which I probably should have said to her but left instead.
The back up plan of returning to the original store worked with no issue or hesitation from the lady at the return desk. I wouldn't go plastering this on the front page of ozbargin as it would be shut down soon after.
If you want to try this deal out then go for it just avoid buying it online and probably avoid getting into a fight if they deny a refund. You can always return everything if it doesn't work.
Your experience is much like mine but we'll done on the games refund! There is no way that anyone will be able to get a new PS4 Pro for anywhere near this price for ages, can't believe that this isn't getting more attention… Deal of the year for sure!

When you went to the store for refund, what did you say to them at the front desk? And did they give you store credit I.e. Gift cards or did they put it back on your credit card?
I kept it simple, gave them the receipt and the games and asked for a refund. They scanned the games and gave me a refund on my visa card.
Some have reported that the staff have called managers but I did not have any problems at all.
@pepto: I suppose if I wanted to push the issue I could say that it's my right to a refund with a receipt.
Well as soon as this money clears into my account I will be ordering it online. I get staff discount on this as well so I save 27 bucks

@AusGreenLantern: I went to what I thought was the service counter. It wasn't near the entertainment area and definitely wasn't a normal checkout.
If they do not let you refund the games try another store. Worst case scenario you can just return the whole lot and wait for another deal later.
I said I didn't realize the games were MA and wanted to exchange for PG games for my son. Then asked for a gift card. They didn't hesitate. I figure a giftcard is as good as cash as it can be spent at woolworths on groceries.
Mine came this week with a receipt on box but each of the games had rrp price but I was charged a $10 special price. The remainder of the cost was on the ps4. Will see if I can return and get store card.

Not really. I sent them an email this morning just asking if I could get a refund of the difference or if I would have to return it and reorder it and a couple of hours later I had a paypal refund.
