I've got one, and I'd say no.
These bags aren't rigid so don't offer that much protection so I wouldn't risk a laptop in it.
I use it for football boots mostly and it's handy because it's relatively water proof.
Does it use a dry bag rolltop mechanism of closure? I can't tell from the pictures whether this is the case.
Yeah I think that's what you'd call it. It doesn't zip at all, it folds over from the top down a bit. So water would potentially roll down and off the bag without getting into it.
I have one. It is extremely lightweight. Perfect for my gym gear (from car to gym), not good for much else.

All laptop backpacks that I have seen are too heavy (2-3kg) and bulky.

I got that for about $15 though on offer. Handy and comfy and keeps things safe.
nope it's basically an unstructured waterproof sack. I wouldn't put any electronic in there unless they're in a protective case or bag. Its fine as a gym bag or a beach bag. or even a travel daypack you could carry a spare hoodie and a drinkbottle in there or something
Is this foldable/packable when you don't need to use it? A lot of other ultralight backpacks have this feature where you can stuff it into a little pouch.
Yes, you can. The material is very thin, so you can easily roll it up to store it. The stiffer part of the bag is the roll top to seal the bag, as such the rolled up bag will remain long
Yes,it's ostensibly a fordable travel bag. The padded straps don't allow it to be folded into a small pouch though. I've had mine for about 8 months, but am still yet to use it…. It was fun buying/receiving it though!
