$1000 on dell factory outlet got me a 256gb 8gb FHD XPS12 about 3 years ago..
This seems sub-par by comparison. I guess it's got a longer warranty, but seriously, if you're not in a hurry I'd keep an eye on DFO and you'll get better specs and keep an extra $300 in your pocket.
