Dyson v6 motor head handstick vacuum cleaner $499 RRP $799
looks alright.
compared to rrp, its cheap
It has been a lot cheaper than that
I think I saw this advertised on TVSN for $350 and it came with accessories
i'm in the market for a Dyson stick. Any tips?
I'd be getting this over the absolute - not a huge deal of difference for a fair amount of $$.
I'm waiting on this one in particular to become a little cheaper. I wouldn't quite classify this as that, just yet.
TGG is selling absolute at 498. I don't see why not.
I stand corrected at this price. I'm used to seeing a little bit more difference.
I'm still holding out for a further price drop. Hoping to see it below 400.
@Rocket6: Yeah, I was hoping for a 20% off for TGG but apparently not. Sad.
Wife got one at Godfreys here in Adelaide before xmas for $299. Not sure of current price
Keep in mind that the Dyson V6 comes in 5 or 6 different models, all of which are an identical vacuum cleaner with different accessories.
The cheapest - the V6 Slim - can be had for ~$350-$400 in most places right now.
Not identical, the absolute has a HEPA filter built in to the back :)
looks like v6 motorhead >(better) v6 animal

Has 75% more power than v6 animal.
Has 75% more power than v6 animal.
You're selectively quoting. The page says "The Dyson V6 Motorhead Handstick is a carpet cleaning specialist. It has 75% more bar power pressure than the Dyson V6 Animal Stick Vacuum Cleaner".
That's referring to the brush bar on the cleaner head accessory. The vacuum itself has the same power as the others V6 models… in fact I would expect the Absolute to have less effective power than the others because the HEPA filter is finer.
Its so misleading with all the different models :-(
Dyson is such a rip, they overcharge because their brand is known for innovation. Truth is, a Kmart vacuum cleaner under $100 is not noticeably different. But a lot of people don't want to admit this, just like how some others try to justify their 1.5k phones
Sounds like you've never used a V6.
This is definitely not cheap
