The answer to all of the above and your question is YES. For an Australian designer wedding retailer, not an overseas Made in China one, its really cheap!
It is stated that dresses are MTO in Melbourne, but not necessarily made IN Melbourne and perhaps the are made in China then shipped to AU.
yes but to have someone measure you up in Melb and then make the adjustments once they're back from overseas is still a good service
off the rack wedding dresses whether or not they're made here are still crazy expensive!

Generally, yes. It might also surprise you to know that dry cleaning it after the wedding costs around $200-400.

For a wedding dress.. yeah. Honestly even if these were made in China, it doesn't really matter if you can see the quality in person and make sure it is tailored correctly instead of taking a huge risk on something you likely can't return by buying off aliexpress or similar.
