      Depends on you

Love this thing… Im standing there, toast is on, need to go to the loo, not sure if toast will pop while Im away. Cold toast is awful. But with this, I can see I have X:XX minutes left. Makes the dance or dash decision easy.

Have you thought about going to the toilet before putting your toast on? Not judging, just say'n.

      • +3

Not possible. Put toast on, fill kettle, running water makes me need to go where i didnt before. But but but… the toast.

I'm giving this deal a + vote after hearing this touching story of how this toaster has significantly improved your quality of live.

LOL… how often did you try to stop it before the timer hits 0?

Can you set a delay to start? I might need time to do a poo.

      • Make sure you wash your hands before you get back though.

    • this is gold!

      • It's charcoal

  • Looking good but Is it really good ? pretty interesting !

    • It does drop time from consecutive slices to prevent them being too dark. Consistent? not quite but its not terrible.

      The crumb tray is crumby…

      • does it toast quick, some toasters are slow and dry the bread to dust nearly.

        • +1

Not really quick. But toast isnt dry, really thin bread toasted dark would crisp a bit. We toast normal bread not toast loaf and it does a good job.

  • I'm on the hunt for a decent toaster but unfortunately no stock in SA

Looks cool can see the appeal for a retro experience but we're in a 4 slice kind of world now.

  • Bought this the last time when it was $50. It's just gimmick. No better than a $20 toaster.

  • Bugger its not 4 slice, last deal I bought a food processor a blender and a stick mixer (wanted a matching set Nd had cash I could splurge) all work GREAT, infact the stick mixer makes the most insanely silky smooth milkshakes. Better than any shop ive ever bought one from.

I taught this was a hard drive dock.

  • No stock anywhere? HN Auburn supposedly has stock, but nowhere else in Sydney.
