Thanks for posting, depending on where you all live.. there are cheaper alterations out there so don't be afraid to call around for prices.. (previously have paid triple at LookSmart compared to what I pay now for hemming and selvee shortening)

i got a quote at looksmart, pulled out the $10 discount voucher and they immediately said they would have to increase the original quote by $8 if i used the voucher.

this was at the melbourne central store.

My experience is that they are in convenient locations, but expect to pay at least double (or more) what a small tailor charges.
