How much the lens will cost? Looking to buy a mirrorless camera. Not sure whether should pull the trigger on this one…

nothing will bet the HN deal 2 years ago, A6000+twin lens Kit for $587! (Boxing Day Sale for a week), they ran out of stock and still were taking click n collect orders, had to wait 2 weeks, made a great profit after 1 years use!

    now I'm wanting another A6000!

Yeah, thank God for those Earthquakes in Japan that increased prices due to shortages and allowed you to make a profit!

That tin foil hat is just a tad too tight on your head, buddy.

accidentally reported don't know how to undo, sorry!

    • Wow thats pretty cheap, I'll pass this one then :-/

    • I remember umming and ahhhing about that deal but still had a relatively new Nex6 that was (and still is) doing a great job.

      $597?

but wow, surprised that deal didn't receive more votes!

  • With the Amex that's gotta be close to the best ever for a 5 Black doesn't it?

  • With $150 eftpos card, this comes down to $343 for Sony A6000 Mirrorless Camera Body Only.! If can get lens for $200 then it may be good deal.

  • Anyone got HN Amex deal to spare?

  • Does this the $97 SAL552002 fit?

    • +1

No. A6000 uses E-Mount. Sony E-Mount lenses are SELXXXX instead of A-Mount SALXXXX.

  • This is a great price for the A6000, I got mine with the ebay sales for about $500 and I am super happy with the camera, it's fantastic and couple it with a cheap Sigma 19mm lens and you are laughing

  • is this the same camera that is being sold at JB Hifi for 594 with a bonus $150 card

    • +1

      Yeah HN Are price matching

If you don't have Amex credit to take advantage of this A6000 deal, buy from videopro ebay for $1 less and extra 1.25%cashback plus free delivery.

    • or buy from JB with 7% off using giftcards

  • This is a great camera, but they really get you on the cost of native sony lenses.
    Recommendations for the cost conscious:

    18105G f/4 - all around zoom
Sigma 30mm f/1.4 - sharpest and very fast prime lens for low light usage

  • Is it even discounted that much or is it just the $150 gift voucher? I assume hardley normal trying to clear em so they can start selling the 6300/6500?

  • has anyone received their Eftpos Card yet?

  • $625 body only at HN til the 30th of January with redeemable $150 eftpos card.
Redeem within 14 days of purchase or before 30th February, whichever is sooner
    Some reductions on lenes aswell

    • Or 594 at jb
