can't find any info re. freqency. 1.8 or 1.9ghz I'd say.
Should work ok in double story. Its the 5.8ghz models that have the vertical prob & this I'm sure isn't that.
No problems with voip here. But check how they go with your adsl connection though.

This is a dect spec phone so 1.8ghz.
Exactly the type of phone I was looking at getting to replace a noisy old 900Mhz analogue cordless phone.

After having Panasonic and uniden phones I bought a gigaset (different model to this) it is the best phone I have ever owned ! Also I have mine hooked up to my VOIP via a SPA ATA box and it works like a dream.

I recall there hasn't been a bargain at HN this century and a beyond. But good to observe.
Read a review on german amazon, seems to be an ok model. Especially since it sells for 38Euro the HN price seems a bargain. They noted very little electricity consumption and less radiation from it.

Just get one from HN OsbornePark. Tested it, good sound, good volume, long range, can talk between handset. Very happy for under $50 phone
Bought one from HN before COB, what it's really surprise me apart from the price is that "It's made in Germany". They beat us 4:0 in the world cup - No wonder HN wants to get rid of it quickly!!! BTW, where can I find a phone which "Made in Spain", anyone? Mr. Octopus?
Thanks for sharing, will get one tomorrow. Just need to get rid of my Panasonic 5.8G one which was bought two years ago at $199. Both battery are dead now, to get a new battery will cost $23 :( why not buy a new phone?
Thanks for sharing. Went to HN in O'Connor WA, saw the price is still $119, spoke with the Sales Assistant, he easily change it to $48. I grabbed one for my self. I will grab another one for my mate.
HN's real price I think is $79, Last day I brought one stuff and their pc scanned $79 eventhou its shows $119.
Anyway its a good deal
Not sure how good it works in the double story house? It said 50m? Does it work with VOIP? I can find very limited information about this phone. BUT for 50% off - it would be a bargain if it all working fine.
