I have a i5-3570 @ 3.6ghz, 12GB DDR3 and 6GB VRAM (Nvidia 1060) and it still doesn't run as well as I'd hope.

What can the 20% used for? Tried it and it didn't work.
It's a unique code. Obviously somebody else grabbed it and didn't post back to thank the OP.
I tried my own code and it doesn't seem to work as well with the already discounted games on SE. Also, the validity date isn't on yet (despite the Hitman upgrade code working).

You'll need at least 8GB of RAM or more to run JC3. Plus 4GB of VRAM or more.
Unless you want to be pulling your hair out and be frustrated at how choppy and inconsistent the frame rate is.
If you have a lot of other unplayed games I will recommend waiting for JC3 to hit the bargain-bin pricing of $10 or so. Maybe get it as a monthly Humble Bundle sometime in the future.
Anymore than $25 dollars for the whole package is a little overpriced considering how little the developers now care about the game.
