    You didn't happen to order a ladies' cap did you? I received a cap in the post instead of the shoes I ordered. I don't know where the shoes ended up, but they couldn't resend another pair so credited me 110% plus $10 inconvenience credit.

      They were 2 BAGS, then a week later they sent a replacement for the first lost order. which disappeared ,
      Then finally a refund.
      But still no sign of the bags, and the shipping data says they never left Melbourne.
      Id honestly send em back if they arrived, but they just vanished.
      I wonder if they ever left the warehouse
