  • here we go again…
    ima gonna get more cavaties…

-guess not for me this time

  • Nothing I love more than cheap lollipops!

    • Nothing?? What about cheap lollipops plus two cheerleaders?

  • I tried the method and pay via PAYPAL but it came out as paypal discount and asked me to remove paypal to checkout again… same cycle everytime, so i gave up on the lolies.

Never mind - sorted it. Has anyone ever had issues giving COTD their phone number in regards to spam etc?

    • Just a placeholder that they had back for the ghana vs australia game so they could use the image in the description on their blog/other websites.

Looks like they haven't removed it so far..

You can use it just by adding it to your cart and then adding the lollies to your cart as well.

Looks like there may be an issue with the paypal paying, but definitely works for credit card payment.

    • ive ordered from them multiple times, although i cant specifically remember giving them my number, ive never had a call from them

    • Click on the picture of the kid above…. then Bite him.

You will then be able to add the chup a chups to your cart

      Paypal Discount
      Limit per customer:10 $-100.00

Maybe I should buy more? :D

  • Thanks - one more final question before I order, would anyone have issues with giving COTD credit card details? Sorry I'm always semi paranoid dealing with new companies. Tried paypal but it doesn't seem to be working.

    • +1

They aren't new, COTD has been around for a while now. They've been featured on numerous television shows (current affair kinds) as master example for a successful internet business. By now they're running multiple companies, e.g. "scoopon" etc., and seem to be expanding in size from year to year.

No, I do not work for them.

Hmmm, seems dummy ads is "Sold out", as a result you can't use it for the main purchase, and when you remove it the lollies drop out.

    Next time perhaps.

  • Yep looks sold out, good work to the people that managed to get it :)

I saw a bag of 40 chuppa chups for $3.95 at the Reject Shop in Brisbane yesterday. They are made in Vietnam. So if you missed out on this and have a Reject Shop near you, you might be able to find the lollipops there instead. They also have a bag of 10 Chuppa chups for $2 (which is more costly, but might in the long run save you from too many cavaties) ;p

    • Thanks. I will check this out.

I think there must be an influx of the Viet chupa chups at the moment. I've seen packets of 10 for $0.99 at my local supermarkets and also on sale in Big W (can't recall the price though). They seem quite widely available right now!

Throughtout S.E Asia poppy fields are being replaced with chuppa chup plantations hence the influx to satisfy the cravings of those addicted ;-)

        • They wanna make their businesses legit it seems

its still on! not yet sold out..

  • +5

Yeah my last lot that arrived was $4 for 100 and yes they are made in Vietnam so dont worry they are ok….I brought them into work and left them in the lunch room and sent an email out, they went pretty quick and no one has died in the last 2 weeks…. :)

I think the main thing was seeing the receptionist eating one….worth the $4 in my opinion >:)

    • cool story bro!

Just buy em from kmart.. nearly the same price.
Admit guys.. you just love that daily visit to your door by the sexy postman

    • +1

of course, he has his own PDA

      • +2

Those PDA are useless for signatures. I don't know why they even bother customers for their scrawls.

I think once a year we should get a Kris Kringle with the ePostman (never seen a women do that job sadly) where we get to pick a random package from the van. I want something more exciting than Mentos and Starburst ;-)

Don't know where you live.. but my postman has never been even half decent looking. Just once I'd like one with a nice package.
