      The SIM comes with $30 credit which can be used to select whatever plan you want upon activation. Well the Optus Prepaid Ultimate $30 plan comes with 3GB Data but it's got a 28 day expiry. You get a bonus extra 3GB data on your first recharge. Optus Prepaid Daily Plus plan comes with 500GB Data per day charged at $2 per day out of the $30 credit.

      I believe the 30 days activation is to ensure you get the inclusions that are advertised at that time. Otherwise you just get whatever $30 deals are on at the time of activation.

    bought 3 at woolies nothing about 30 day activation. Even if there was choose $2 daily plus gives you 6 months to use.
