I'd + these guys if it wasn't for the fact I'm still waiting for an update to an order of mine (bits that were meant to be included weren't)

Seems to be a hit and miss with these guys, one moment you experience excellent customer service, then you email them about an issue with an order, 2 phone calls, and 2 weeks later and still no update.
