        If you don't register and walk up to the event, you'll have to pay $15 at the gate. Thus, it's not technically free for everyone.

        Actually I agree with Horizon. It's a sales event not an expo or a tourist/shopping event. It's a bunch of companies trying to sell their franchises to you. In my experience if you were genuinely keen on attending to choose a franchise, you'd have already scored a freebie.
