Colleague has one of these.
They can run from a battery or USB or the two combined. It'll take a small knock without falling - like a little bump or a desk shake. Bigger knocks will likely make it fall.

my xiaomi fan from aliexpress arrived in 3 weeks. same with my banggood, etc etc. even $1 case from ebay china arrived in 4 weeks.

I have an exact same one of this fan.
When you use the highest setting (also abit loud), the fan will wobble its way backwards from the force of the wind so make sure to back it up against something otherwise it'll fall off the desk, aside from this problem everything else works great. Nice little fan!In Daiso today, they had similar size usb fans for $5.60. 10 cents extra to skip the waiting.
$5.80 from my local Daiso. Made of plastic but does a great job at keeping me cool. Don't know how I lived without it!

Can't possibly be very strong if powered by USB.
I bought the same fan from a variety store in North Rocks for $5 a month or two ago. I don't know if they're still there, but there were heaps of them at the time.
