    Thanks OP, just ordered a card. After I ordered, I had to set up at least five birthday reminder emails (to send cards out to people) before they finalised my order

      So Cardly have cancelled my order and given me another promo code because they deemed the 5x birthday reminders I set up were invalid. How annoying because it took me a while to write the card, and apparently 'mum', 'dad' etc were not valid? :( Off to try again…..

        After posting here I went back to contact Cardly and they said I didn't complete the 5 birthday reminders properly so my card was suspended. They sent a link for me to come back & did it properly and informed me card will be sent out soon. So you may be on the same boat.
