Might be a bit late for some but that is an excellent camera for underwater photos (bought it a couple of months ago and use it with the PT-056 underwater case) and after my last dives in the beautiful barrier reefs in Fiji, I have to say the photos were excellent (way better than the ones taken by other divers using 10k plus camera "systems").
Price wise it is the cheapest for a local store with warrant (source).
Price is $381.65 less 5% = $362.57.

  I've got one too, and yes it takes pretty awesome underwater shots once you get the hang of it.
  Also the macro close-up mode is pretty cool
