had this been the Ti that wouldve been good, as it is the 1060 offers better value.

Or RX480 if you plan to use the card a few years as it offers around 30% better DX12 and vulkan performance then 1060 6gb.. Real 100% dx12 not ported dx11 nvidia marketing games

30%? i'd say stick with the 1060 for this gen and worry about DX12 when the majority of games are using it.

AMD has pretty much closed the gap in DX11 games versus the GTX 1060… not much of a reason to buy the 1060 now imo.

I would. For lots of reasons, the main reason being I feel like Nvidia are evil scumbags

anyway Im jumping on that Neg train

  • Nvidia and intel have done whatever it takes to rob us of our money… They have both been beaten many times by AMD products over the years and even then they still outsold AMD with products that where sometimes half as slow and used twice the power.. The brainwashed average joes just purchased whatever..

Even when courts find intel and nvdida guitly fanboys still think they can do no wrong..

Rx480 makes gtx 1060 look like a joke in dx12. Even the rx470 is trashing it in dx12 benchmarks… Thats just sad.. Dx12 will be every game going forwards… All dx11 games run over 60fps on both gtx1060 and rx480 1080p maxed out anyways so its almost pointless to compair those old titles.

In steam the gtx1060 outsells the rx480 3 to 1.. Again.. The average joe buys the slower less future proof product. Even if zen and vega came out at 5 times as fast as the competition.. No one would buy it.. So sad.
