How do you get this deal? I can't see it on expedia website.

I booked at one of the hotel through the hotel website, and I can't get the hotel to match this deal (best online rate guarantee), because apparently, this promotion is not advertised on expedia website.

I would book through expedia, if the booking condition is not that strict (re: refund)
