  On the point of Wish Cards. I do miss using actual wish cards (Credit card style card) instead of the eGift voucher that I get and print through Cashrewards. Having to enter that multi digit gift card number as well as your PIN is more annoying than I expected after using the physical cards for years, which you just swipe the card and enter PIN only.

    You can use eGift card to purchase physical gift cards in store.

      Thanks for that argonbay. We have just picked up four $500 physical Wish gift cards from BigW for our $2000 worth of e-vouchers. They are going to be gifts for our four grand kids this Christmas, I think they would prefer the plastic card versions over printed vouchers, Plus BigW staff found some very festive looking plastic Wish cards, great stuff.

      on the topic of the app, i haven't been able to add or get updated totals on my gift cards for a few weeks now. i'm running the latest version.

      went back to copy and pasting the gift card number and pin in my phone's notepad :\

    I would have thought they'd have them barcoded by now, so you could just scan to pay.
    Wouldn't really be any less secure than what they provide now, the number and PIN by email, or the Woolies Money app that has no security features.

    Guess a bit of work though since the payment terminals don't have scanners themselves..

  Love it. Just picked up $2000 worth of eGift cards, 4 X 500(Note that the 6% off does not show until you are going through checkout at Woolies online. That is right, you log on to your RACWA account, then select giftcard purchase eGift and accept that you are redirected to Woolies for the purchase. Then pay from there).
  Same deal as using the cashrewards system except you do not get any cash back, but you do get 6% off right way

    Yep, same as purchasing through CashRewards, Entertainment Book etc.
    No cashback, discount is applied at checkout.

    Correct, the standard Caltex servos are not part of Woolworth, so they do not accept use of the Woolies cards. The Wish cards can be used at several of Woolies owned stores, not just fuel (Of course you know that :-) )

    No, it is still valid. I just purchased some eGift Cards and received 6% off.
