    No worries, this to my understanding replaces the TS-431 (without the +), and that model had only 512MB which is sufficient for most task minus transcoding of course. In comparison the regular TS-431 is $308 at CPL or $299 online http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=QNAP+ts-431…

    I don't believe so, you would need to consider the TS-451 for that.
