Hard to compare, but assuming you don't necessarily want 3x bottles then the current BWS Amex cashback deal is better.
On that basis, there are other deals with Amex cashback that work better, such as Shop small. A lot of Cellarbrations and Duncans bottle shops in Victoria are on shop small. So are independent bottle shops. If you split your transactions on multiple Amex cards, any spirit, wine or beer can be had for half price in multiples of $20. E.g. JW black is $41 in store. Can be had for $21 after shop small credits.
Each deal has its own merits for different people.
