Same HDD but with 1TB capacity for only $314 + around $6.5 postage if you live in Sydney ( I tried it with my postcode and only charged $6.52 for postage) or you can pick up at their business centre.
That's not better value in terms of GB/$
Unless you need 1TB in a one go, I think it can be handier to have a couple of drives. I use them for backup/transport and can leave one at the office, one at home etc.
I bought one of these from Harvery Norman yesterday. It'd dead quiet (no fan) the metal case is warm to touch and rubber mounts keep it off the desk by a couple of mm. Very nice.
Think I'll get another one. You can put your name down at your local HN store if they've run out.
