Well, I'll be the first one to actually say thank you for the post. Not ashamed to say I'll be picking up caramel frappucinos on the way home for a few days :)

iced coffee (black, milk (condensed) - sometimes you will drink out of a plastic bag loaded with ice
sugar cane juice (with ice, some risk of parasite infested water but i never got sick from it)
roadside vendors with blue eskies, always loaded with cold drinks.
fresh coconuts
freshly cut watermelon and other fruitCoffee Bean and Tea Leaf. They are heaps better than starbucks. I wonder why they never made it down under
