    • only $5 lol can use it forever.. :)
sacrifice a big can of red bull easy.

  • I just purchased 3 and postage was just under 10.00 to Country WA. These are really great little units. A friend had one and was so handy.

  • If you buy 10 it comes to $2.749 each posted to NSW

If y ou buy 30 it comes to $2.573 each posted to NSW.

    I went with 10.

  • Hmm, a battery powered heating element? Better buy lots of high powered batteries to go with this mutha!

    • rechargeables mate. anyway, not like you're going to seal 100+ bags a day……lets assume you're only using it for chip packets etc. ;)

That demonstration video how she splits the bag of liquid had me at hello. I'm going to try it, with goldfish in the bag. muahaha.

This deal is fail, you can always buy it from ebay if you put heat sealer on the search. $3.55 delivered. If you want it delivered quick, sure, but you could have always have bought it months ago.

Don't impulse buy because you think you'll never see it again.

Edit: Changed the link [Found a cheaper one]

    • f…… thanks mate, does it seperate the bags like in the video though?

      • yes, I have seen it in HK :D, the seller did a demonstration in his sale booth in the market.

      • It's all the same product, just a different label. Things like the magic bullet and shamwow are just cheap chinese products (That sometimes proves quite good) with a different label on it. The only reason some brands are more recognised is because they saw the opportunity first and started an effective marketing campaign before anyone else. There's no difference in quality other than the packaging and brand name. Enjoy!

        • oh well -$1.45 not a big loss, cheers for the heads up though

  • Can this be use to seal chip's bag?

Is there a similar product that you can use to shrinkwrap DVDs? I've been using cellophane sleeves but they are 15 cents each.

  • this thing DOES NOT WORK. I've gotten one of them on eBay before (exactly the same thing). I tried to seal basically all sorts of plastics but they either don't melt the plastic or sealed partially with the top part coming off and then the seal ruptures…

    • hopefully the ones you got off ebay were fakes or cheap clones.. and this is the real deal, or at least not a clone since OzStock wouldn't want to risk their reputation :D

      • Lol spoken like somone who hasnt bought of Ozstock before.

      • Didn't I tell you that these are all the same cheap unbranded Chinese product. In the US these are called EuroSeal, Real ones DON'T exist, just like the Shamwow, its a relabeled product. They are all the same.

I've been checking reviews on it, and its been all mixed feelings, some say the batteries finish in 2 days, some say it takes practice and some say its great. The main factor is probably what material you use. Try the shamwow, see if what they claim with that sucking all water from the container statement is really true.

  • Did anyone get this working?

  • Just tried it today. Did not work. Furthermore the battery thing came off. Any idea how do I ask for a refund?

  • Lol, if I can find just one that works in the 10 I purchased I'll be happy.

  • Yes it didn't work for me either, simply did nothing. Looks fake

OzStock -1. At least sell fake stuff that works a little bit, doesn't work at all.
