          Indeed, it's a bit strange. Brazil has a large Japanese population (1%) but the Zenrooms hotel booking platform does not seem to have an overt Japanese connection.

    Hi there, has anybody stayed at ZEN Rooms Patong Soi Post Office? I like that it's walking distance to Patong beach, but can't find reviews online…

      That's one issue I have taken up with Zenrooms. I've used them in Bali and Malaysia and when, after the stay, they email the 'how was your stay?' review request, my response is 'when you start to post reviews, I may review'. They negotiate rooms from 'known' hotels and resell. Do google maps street view with the address and that 'could' indicate the hotels name-then search reviews from the hotels regular name . In my previous bookings, you are purchasing the most basic of rooms- that is the 'lowest' standard of level offered with no upgrade available, upon arrival, without paying further to upgrade.

    Very frustrating.
    App does not work. I try to book a room, fill name, phone email, but clicking 'apply voucher' or 'continue' just scrolls the page back up, with no error message. (no validation error, t&c ticked.)

    What a pain!! How much worse must post-sales support be?

        I tried again, using the website, and it accepted the ANNI40 code, which was supposed to be only for the app.
        So I made a booking, though note after checking that even with "40% off", my chosen hotel is only marginally cheaper than through other booking services.

        So as always, shop around. Zen tries to hide the name of the hotel, but you can get it from the map.
        Then google it for prices from priceline, agoda etc. Some have just pay 10% deposit, other full like Zen but 7 days notice to refund, or non-refundable.

    I'm having problems with a booking - price goes up part way through.

    I'm looking at the cheapest Singapore hotel (Rooms in Singapore from AU $57/night) - this shows up on the results page (after inputting date / location) as $56.97, however the price goes up to $65.52 when you click through to the next page.

    This was working properly earlier today; not now when I go to try and book.

    Similarly, the second cheapest Singapore room goes up from $79.76 to $83.56, the next one goes up from $85.46 to $89.25

    I tried Jakarta, and the problem is similar $15.58 goes to $22.61
