Some very good prices specific to Woolworths Top Ryde (2112, NSW). Not sure if other stores have specials specific to their store but Top Ryde has been doing it for the past couple of weeks at least.
$6 per kilo for chicken breast and under $20 per kilo for fresh salmon is the cheapest I have seen for a very long time. Check catalog for other items.

Get the bag and bake stuff and leave it in the fridge for a few days to let the marinade sink in. Apparently you can also freeze it but not sure about freezing the marinade, but the fresh salmon you can.
I usually use the bag with herb butter and have thrown many in the freezer and they still cooked up all good

About Salmon farming in Las and how dodgy it all is. Polluting water, killing off other sea food businesses, and worst of all for the consumer - the bloody pink red colour is only because they add some chemical to the food. Normal colour is white/grey like any other fish. In the US they have to 'fess up if they sell coloured salmon.

Great price for salmon. My local used to order in way too much, could go down at 8pm every other night and pick up salmon for $11 kg, so good
