$30 and no QC? Forget it.
Totally agree 5A is insufficient! I'd suggest either TronSmart or BlitzWolf chargers with a detachable cord which support QC2.0/QC3.0.
For Australian Stock, the value is still average. For example mbeat “QUINTARY” 5-Port 40W USB Black Smart Charger is 8A and priced at $32-$33.

Could i recommend buying a Tronsmart QC 2.0 5 Port Charger instead?
Currently on sale for around $22, although shipped from far away lands, they are a great charger.
I love the Tronsmart but I'm really wondering whether or not the QC port is killing my phone battery if I leave it plugged in every night?!
QC is made possible by battery advances, allowing faster charge without overheating. It is excess heat that was the problem. Is your battery getting hot?
