    The way I understand it is

    • Buy 2 get 1 free.

    You have to buy 2 at $19.95 each, + $10 delivery for the first item, + $5 discounted delivery for the second item. It comes down to $54.90. Now you get the 3rd one for free, but somehow you still have to pay delivery for it (at $5 discounted rate).

    So $59.90 / 3 = roughly $19.95 each as what danilo has said.
