I was looking for an oven to replace my tenant's faulty one and came across this Bosch one. RRP on Bosch website is $1949, not sure what the normal discounted price is but $1679 seems quite a good price for a German-made pyrolytic oven with a matching built in microwave and a 10% giftcard.

No I didn't buy this one for my tenant. I was thinking of getting this one if I'm going to move in later but decided to get a cheap one for the time being and get a proper one when I move in. Found a discontinued model (made by Electrolux/Zanussi) at Ikea Tempe at 50% off ($350) with a 5 year warranty with telescopic rails. Perfect for tenant to use (or trash)!

Doesn't matter, you buy this for the rental, replace your one and put that one into the rental. End result is you get an upgrade with a tax break and the tenant gets a new to them oven.
