Noticed this on Amazon UK as I'm looking to potentially buy a Sony HT-NT5 soundbar, and these can act as wireless surround speakers(also work with the CT790 too). The power input is a simple 2-pronged plug which can easily be purchased from Officeworks etc. for ~$5-10.
Since these are from the UK they use 50Hz/240v power so that isn't an issue either.
These are currently going for $379 at JB so this is a substantial saving, especially since the British Pound isn't doing too great at the moment.
Buying two of them to act as stereo or rear surrounds only adds another £9 shipping.

Thanks for the tip, but the Sonos doesn't have HDMI connectivity unlike the NT5 which has 3 4K/HDR HDMI inputs and one output. Therefore the Sonos doesn't support HD audio codecs etc. I'm planning this a replacement for my receiver and surround set-up. I know I'll probably be taking a small hit in regards to audio quality compared to my current set-up but I reallyneed to clean things up as my current set-up is a mess. :pIt has google cast, great for anyone who who like me are planning to buy the Google home.
Thanks so much OP. I've been waiting to add the Zr5 to the htnt5 I bought from the jb deal a few months ago. Got tired of waiting for a deal and was just about to pull the trigger on 2 units for $760 from jb and thought why not check ozbargain one more time before I buy and there was your post. You saved me $300! Stoked!
Glad to have helped. :)
Every review I read basically said it wasn't worth it. I'd see if the Sony store can demonstrate first before you invest.
For 2 of these and the sound bar you will be in close range to sonos which I think would be better.
