    Nice. I'm from VIC so haven't been to their store. I emailed them about a package they had a while back and they replied first thing the next morning which was impressive. Unfortunately the package was no longer available, but they still let me know.

I've order a few stuff from sydneytools. They're okay, but not perfect. I think they once forgot to send me an item, and I ordered an XL size and they sent an L. That hasn't been sorted because they asked me to send the hoodie back but I forgot about it. I think I'll gift it to someone someday instead, but they quickly sent the missing item.
