More than 60 local Adelaide restaurants are on board, including Osteria Oggi, Press, Etica, Bread & Bone and Burger Theory. Chef Jock Zonfrillo has also signed on with Blackwood and Nonna Mallozzi.

I don't know anything official… but like everything, in stages.
Get Partners on the road
Get Riders to know about the service (Things like Doughnuts/Chopper via Nova etc.)
Then move from block to honeycomb surging style charging.
Ensuring about 40 partners on the road at any time on UberX for availability
Soft launch EATS to ensure it runs smoothly
Officially launch EATS in CBD area.
Then eventually…
Expand to further areas outside of CBD once there are enough partners/restaurants.
Things like UberBlack don't have enough drivers, so still in the block mode
Other types like UberSUV will not be coming to Adelaide at this stage.
No idea about things like UberPool.
In Melbourne it was a couple of months before it got out to my area
