if something happens you need to deal with Sony customer service….. I've been waiting more than a month for a resolution to Sony error (many phone calls made). With Bose it was 1 phone call and out of warranty set was replaced as a courtesy … so these may sound good until they no longer work and then good luck to getting something resolved… bose, at least they care that customers get good after sale experience

  Thank you for your reminder. I just sold my Qc25 and was initialy waiting for qc35 deals to come along. When I looked at this post, I almost pull a trigger, and I thought maybe I should try it out first with a demo unit. But when I read your post, it reminds me of a not so pleasant experience dealing with Sony in regards to my xperia phone. So back waiting for another Qc35 deals. I loved my qc25 especially for long haul flights, just want an upgrade to the wireless one.
