    how do u guys know exactly how much you're charged in AUD ? do ur banks report the charges right away ? My bank (ANZ) takes a few days to show on credit card transaction.

          Pretty much, yes.. maybe a minute delay.. but yeah.. I can't see who the transactions are from, but I can see $xx.xx amounts..

          I had an ANZ CC and it was pretty slow in updating transactions.

      Mid July they started charging to bpay your account. Only fee-free way to pay off the account is to use the account transfer function.

          @Vladdo: I ended up calling. The rep said to hold off any cancellations/action until tomorrow because they expect to have a resolution for those affected by then. Not holding my breathe though

    Well that's confusing and annoying..

    I placed an order at 9.43 for Forza 3 Std Edition.

    I placed a 2nd order at 9.48 for Forza 3 Std Edition + VIP Pass.

    I look at my 28 degrees account and have been charged $26 + $39 for the 2 orders.

    At 10.20 I get an email for the Forza 3 Std Edition code.

    At 10.22 I get an email for the Forza 3 VIP Code.

    Then at 10.39 I get an email to say that my Forza 3 Std Edition cannot be shipped but the VIP pass will be shipped (for $15 USD.. lol wot)..

    Guess I'll have to now chase up Target and get them to refund me… urgh..

    Ordered at 9:45, cancelled at 10:45. Bit shit, but usually happens with this pricing errors.

    It was on every bargain hunting site within minutes of it happening; they probably gave out thousands of codes.

    Think I was likely around 10-20 mins too late.

    I spoke with them via chat. They are out of stock and they are cancelling a lot of orders. I asked for an exception given it was $20 when it was in my cart and then changed when I went to check out but given it's out of stock the help desk chick said nothing can be done.

    She did say to check later as the price may increase or decrease! lol good luck with that : (

      Funny that people are complaining about their orders not being fulfilled when it's clearly a pricing error.

      If they even honour some orders, that's pretty good. Most retailers will just cancel them all.

        I dont mind the order being cancelled, if it is the whole order they cancel. Not just ship the VIP code, halve the discount amount that is shown on the order and cancel the actual game. Or at least give you the option.

          @valeo: What use is a VIP pass without the game? Just cancel both, because everyone who got the VIP pass (without the game) will then be contacting Target to cancel the pass. You're just creating more work for yourself.

    For people whose orders for game + VIP pass where game order cancelled: If you didn't receive the code for VIP Pass you can cancel it separately if you do it straight away.

        In the cancellation email, there's a link to check your order status. Click this link, enter your email address and it takes you to order status page where each item you have the option to cancel if you haven't received the code yet.
