  They probably just put a YouTube clip on the screen for everyone to watch and then submit the form with names to the government for their money.

    Hi there, the purpose of this course is to increase the knowledge on how to apply waterproofing in the industry to help overcome that very issue. Note, this is not the licensing qualification course.
