Xiaomi Miband 2 sells from Xiaomi at 147 yuan.
Using exchange rates on Google as at market close 21/09, that ends up being $29.06 AUD.
No matter what type of insane mark-up you are using, there is no way this truly WAS $102.99.

Well, as per ACCC the was price must be for a minimum sustained period before it can be advertised in comparisons as such. Obviously, GB don't care about ACCC but that is rule of the land.

Not as bad as $102 but a week ago it was apparently selling for $32.89 (57% off $77.03).
$55 has been the high end of pricing for this item since it's been available to buy. It's almost never not been available somewhere for ~$45.
