oh, if you want an accurate heart rate sensor, maybe Polar should be come to the first. This Finnish company has a long history for heart rate sensor.
Been using this as a ~12 hour daily ECG monitor paired with a 3rd party subscription app. It's super accurate and comfortable. The size runs a tad small unless you really want it to constrict around you. I'm 5'10 70kg and need to use this at max length.

I get fast and sudden heart rate "episodes" that I need to track and show to my cardiologist.
