    Sounds sordid.

    • the HORI or the prickup?

  • A good share, easier for me to get it from EB Games.

  • Not sure if this is really a deal.

This really only is cheaper if:
    a) You live near Penshurst NSW and can pick it up; or
    b) You don't live near an EB Games to walk into to buy.

    • There's an EB Games 5 minutes away from the Gamesmen store FYI.

Looks good, but it's third party.
Better to get the real controller for $23.

    • Hori > Nintendo

    • This is the cheapest classic controller pro available. As Nintendo haven't sold the official classic controller pro for years. Without buying used or cheap inferior asian ones.

Hori controllers are said to be the best. There is also the cheaper PDP (Performance Designed Products) licensed controller range but from what I've read the quality of those isn't that good compared to these that get rave reviews. Also compatible with many more games compared to the GameCube controller. With the lack of the select, +, - & 4th shoulder button on the GameCube controller.

      • I build a lot of DIY arcade control panels, and HORI gear is good.
I still wouldn't rate it above genuine nintendo gear (if they're comparable quality to the original Gamecube Controllers; there were PERFECT) I'm sorry, but its certainly not crap.

    • I agree, but note that a real GCN pad and this thing are useful for difference purposes.

GCN controller requires an adaptor on the WiiU and can only be used in Sm4sh. (Someone said it works in N64 VC too, I can't confirm.)
