I was looking for hotels and came across this post, https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/257209 and found a link that was posted by davohatcher that is still working. use the link, ignore the chinese text, and type in the dates and destination and you can find hotels that are eligible for the 10%, hint see "promotion eligible" on the left on the photo icon. 10% is taken at the final checkout page, it should say landdiving 10%. no idea what land diving is. Hope you save some dough.

As I commented previously in that thread, make sure you log-in to Agoda before visiting the link to receive Insider Deals as well (the banner may not always show but the insider deals have been applied).
Agoda handles various discount methods in the most confusing way. If you've previously tried another promo link for another promotion then the existing browser cookies won't always let a new promo link (such as this one) work.
Since hostels rarely have cheaper walk-in prices and hostelbookers is now owned by the hostelworld monopoly you are almost always guaranteed a cheaper overall price on agoda (owned by the Priceline monopoly, which includes booking.com) if you combine Insider deals with 10% off. The savings for dorms are only a few dollars but we bottom of the barrel people are happy with anything.
