Mainly just lack of virus detection. It simply couldn't detect any viruses in my system whereas Panda and Bitdefender did that just fine. Note this was a few years ago already.
Nah i use ESET Smart Security 9 here and it's fantastic.

Just want to make sure that you guys know McAfee = Intel and has been for a while. Intel bought them in 2010.
It WAS announced 10 days ago they will spin it off and sell the majority stake but currently Intel is McAfee.
