  What does this do? There is nothing on their plans for $15!
  It could be good for those who have a use for it but then it says new customers, which means no use by itself. It's like $10 off your first month, with twisted Koganism marketing! Thanks EC

    Does "new customer" include customers who have ported out of Kogan, or customers who have never used Kogan in the past?
