Only $0.334 a Punnet. That has to be some kind of record.

For any singles out there who don't know what to do with a tray of strawberries, and who like to munch on icy poles…
Buy them. Wash them. Dry them. Optionally take the tops off (I tend not to bother.) Individually freeze them on a baking sheet or separated by bits of alfoil in a container or plastic bag. Once individually frozen, toss into freezer-safe plastic bags or similar things that let you keep the air out. As long as your freezer stays, well, freezing, they won't stick together too badly if they were completely frozen when you tossed them into the freezer-safe bag.
When you have a sore throat or it's just too dang hot out, grab a couple frozen strawberries and nibble away at frozen whole strawberry goodness. They should last at 6 months and still be flavourful.
I'm stopping at Bondi Junction on the way home in hopes that they have this special on.
Good price. Friend on the coast here got 2 trays for $7.
At Helensvale, no idea of the store
Money for jam… hiyo!!
