Watch out, I have a few hundred of these and they are SO chalky they are very difficult to keep down. Imo pay the extra and get the capsules.
They also have an expiry date listed on the packet. So if you buy a few hundred then be mindful of this.

yes it does, i mean really, its probably one of the best ones out there that people think is useless because they can buy it over the counter.
i recall listening to a medical podcast saying scientists aren't quite sure how it works (if at all) and it is not effective for many types of pains
It absolutely works, the best we have, especially for things like headaches, musculoskeletal pain and post op pain. Won't do anything for nerve pain but then again nothing will.
@Darce Vader: It's one of the first medications prescribed for patients in hospitals for a reason.
It also decreases the need for opioids by 30%.

this is the best paracetamol on the market if you ask me. Works for me within 10 minutes. Regular brands like panadol and nurofen do nothing for me.

Nurofen is not paracetamol my friend
depends on what is the cause of your pain. ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory drug
I actually find ibuprofen far superior to paracetemol.
Paracetamol does nothing for me whereas Advil/Nurofen will

Cheap but use them strictly as directed. Liver toxicity caused by excess use of this drug is endemic.
