Worst experience with them. My checked in baggage was gone missing at Singapore airport transition and they refused to pay or compensate it.

  Don't let them walk over you. Pretty sure if you travelled from Australia to Singapore you are covered under "Montreal Convention" and they are responsible for your baggage be it lost, stolen or damaged.
  
  When they damaged my baggage (broken wheel) they told me that they were not responsible, and I would have to claim against my travel insurance. So I let the issue slip as I was not aware of the "Montreal Convention" then.

Rather than listing the % how about list out some prices? No point having 10% or 50% on that matter if the ticket price is inflated.
